Bio:

Matthew Collins is a conservation professional and Masters’ candidate in the Human Dimensions of Natural Resources at Colorado State University with a background in large-landscape conservation and human-carnivore conflict prevention. Working with the CSU Center for Human-Carnivore Coexistence, he is interested in the values, practices, and tools that enable communities to coexist with large carnivores in the American West. As a self trained photographer, Matt hopes his work inspires others to appreciate the sanctity of open space, the importance of functioning ecosystems, and the intrinsic value of wildlife and wild spaces.
